On Monday, March 5, KE and Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver welcomes award-winning composer, writer, and teacher Yuval Ron for an experiential workshop providing a deep spiritual experience through sacred sound vibration and embodied ecstatic practice with live Oud music by Ron.
Experience introspective and ecstatic practices from the Hebrew Kabbalistic traditions of chanting and movement. These practices result in heart opening, increased compassion and equanimity, deepening our connection to the natural world, and have been shown scientifically to impact the structure and function of the brain in ways that enhance memory, cognition, and awareness.

About Yuval Ron
Yuval Ron is an award-winning composer who has collaborated with researcher Robert Monroe, neuroscientists Mark Robert Waldman and Andrew Newburg, and pioneer healer Dr. Richard Gold and has taught at Yale, John Hopkins University, UCLA, Middlebury College, MIT, and many others. Yuval’s book Divine Attunement: Music as a Path to Wisdom won Gold Medal Award for Best book in Spirituality Category in the Indie Book Awards 2015. Yuval led the Gala Concert for the Dalai Lama at the Seeds of Compassion Conference and has collaborated with the Sufi leader Pir Zia Inayat Khan since 2004. He has been on the faculty of Esalen Institute since 2009 where he teaches about the use of sound for personal transformation and was selected as a keynote speaker at the Pacific Symposium in San Diego and at the Quantum Institute of India.
