Today is Day 37 in the Counting of the Omer: Gevurah of Yesod

Yesod reflects our foundations- In the Kabbalah Experience journal we refer to it as Integrity. Like the bottom of a brick tower, the foundation needs to be strong and balanced, for the tower to be resilient to the winds.

When we practice the ‘tree pose’ in yoga, our foot is solidly grounded- When we practice the pose and the discipline, we strengthen our core, so we can stand solidly. Gevurah represents strength, discipline, and boundary-setting. Gevurah is the vessel that holds the space of possibility. How does our discipline, practice and boundary setting, reflect our foundations, our core truths? How do we practice setting limits to ourselves and to the people around us, so we can maintain our integrity? #CountingUp
