Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, and Spirit Part 2

Guest Price: Price range: $250.00 through $350.00

Aging is not just about growing older — it’s about growing deeper. Wise Aging, based on the groundbreaking work of Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal, invites participants to explore the spiritual, emotional, and relational dimensions of this stage of life with curiosity and compassion.
Through reflection, guided meditation, journaling, and group dialogue, we’ll engage with key themes such as cultivating gratitude, navigating change and loss, deepening relationships, forgiveness, legacy, and the ongoing search for meaning.
This experience offers a supportive community where participants can share stories, draw from Jewish wisdom, and develop practices for living with greater awareness, purpose, and joy.
Whether you are approaching, entering, or already journeying through the later chapters of life, Wise Aging offers tools and inspiration for embracing this season with an open heart and resilient spirit.
This class will pick up where the Winter semester left off.
