Rosh Hodesh Sound Bath Meditation
Rosh Hodesh Sound Bath Meditation
Join Elizabeth Rosenblum for a monthly sound bath meditation at Kabbalah Experience. This course will include ritual and context around the theme of the Jewish month, and Elizabeth will lead in a healing meditation followed by meaningful reflection.
Most sessions will be around the new moon of each Jewish month.
Sessions will be in-person at Kabbalah Experience and on ZOOM video conference.
Winter 2025 Sound Bath Meditation sessions:
- Friday, February 28th 6:30pm-8:00pm – Adar
- Sunday, March 30th at 6:30pm-8:00pm – Nissan
