Journey to Your Life’s Purpose with Dr. David Sanders

Dr. David Sanders, Spiritual Director of Kabbalah Experience, has been guiding people for the last 25 years to recognize themselves through the masks and metaphors of their lives.

Working with David offers you an in-depth individual spiritual mentorship through the lens of the Kabbalah’s teachings on masks and metaphors.

The potency of patterns that are revealed through an analysis of your answers to The Mask and Metaphor Workbooks brings awareness to the “why” of your life choices.

What is meant by a mask?

Mask is a neutral term descriptive of the content of our lives: our bodies, our personal selves, our cultural-ethnic-religious selves and any chosen identification or affiliation. As humans we will always be masked. Becoming aware of our masks is a liberating process that traverses the continuum of psychology and spirituality and impacts how we see ourselves and how we present ourselves to others.

What is meant by a metaphor?

Root metaphors act as the underlying worldview that shapes an individual’s understanding of their life. It includes our self-perceptions, how we “operate” in relationships, the work we engage in and what we value and hold sacred.

Five Sessions:
Preparation: Fill out and submit The Mask Workbook, The Metaphor Workbook (including The Cube Personality Test (Total prep time: 1.5 hours)

Session One: Get to know you through a review of the answers in your workbooks

Session Two: Overview of the awareness practices related to masks and metaphors

Session Three: Answering the question: Are you wearing the mask or is the mask wearing you?

Session Four: Psychospiritual insights through understanding your metaphors

Session Five: Guidance for your life path: What masks and metaphors do you want to change, modify or discard? What new life story do you want to manifest?
