New Perspectives on Consciousness and Soul: Creation, Kabbalah and Physics

Dr. David Sanders and Kabbalah Experience are honored to host David’s former learning partner, Rabbi Avraham Arieh Trugman.

Tuesday April 18th 7-8:30

Charge: $18.00 in-person $15.00 on ZOOM

Rabbi Trugman will guide us in exploring the interplay between different levels of consciousness in creation: from mineral, plant and animal to the unique quality of human consciousness and soul through studying various Torah sources and ideas in modern science and physics. We will address different levels of the human soul, and their connection to the hierarchy of Kabbalistic worlds and the sefirot in an attempt to understand consciousness and free will.

Rabbi Avraham Arieh Trugman is co-director with his wife Rachel of Ohr Chadash: New Horizons in Jewish Experience in Israel. Rabbi Trugman is an adept of Jewish Mysticism and has written twenty books on topics ranging from reincarnation to the mystical power of music. Elizabeth became interested in practicing daily meditation and sound therapy for self-care and quickly realized the benefits were life changing. Learning to navigate the stresses of life with more ease and compassion brought calm in all aspects of her life.  Not only was she able to directly experience the power of meditation and sound healing deeply, but her children and those around reaped these benefits too.  She is honored to share these benefits with others who would like to make this a daily practice in their healing and life’s journey.

Along with thirty years of practice and experience in the healing arts, Elizabeth brings versatility and creativity as a painter, small business owner, and former leader in the non-profit community.  As a natural healer and intuitive guide, she became interested in energy and sound healing in 2010 which led her to India to further her knowledge. Elizabeth is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and Trainer from The McLean Meditation Institute, Certified Sound Healing practitioner and a certified Coach.  Additionally, she received her yoga certification in Nasik, India in 2011. Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Public Administration, specializing in non-profit management at University of Colorado, Denver. Additionally, she completed a leadership program through the Denver Community Leadership Forum which included an Outward-Bound experience.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, painting, dancing, spending time in nature reenergizing, road trips, yoga, hiking or cycling in the mountains and spending time with her family and dog, Milo.
