Instructors: Melanie Gruenwald and Elizabeth Rosenblum
Elizabeth became interested in practicing daily meditation and sound therapy for self-care and quickly realized the benefits were life changing. Learning to navigate the stresses of life with more ease and compassion brought calm in all aspects of her life. Not only was she able to directly experience the power of meditation and sound healing deeply, but her children and those around reaped these benefits too. She is honored to share these benefits with others who would like to make this a daily practice in their healing and life’s journey.
Along with thirty years of practice and experience in the healing arts, Elizabeth brings versatility and creativity as a painter, small business owner, and former leader in the non-profit community. As a natural healer and intuitive guide, she became interested in energy and sound healing in 2010 which led her to India to further her knowledge. Elizabeth is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and Trainer from The McLean Meditation Institute, Certified Sound Healing practitioner and a certified Coach. Additionally, she received her yoga certification in Nasik, India in 2011. Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Public Administration, specializing in non-profit management at University of Colorado, Denver. Additionally, she completed a leadership program through the Denver Community Leadership Forum which included an Outward-Bound experience.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, painting, dancing, spending time in nature reenergizing, road trips, yoga, hiking or cycling in the mountains and spending time with her family and dog, Milo.

Author Talk with Nhi Aronheim
Join us for an Author Talk with Nhi Aronheim, Sept 20, 5:30-7pm Mountain Time
Nhi Aronheim stands at only four feet, nine inches tall, but her story is immense.
Several anthologies including Kentucky Women: Two Centuries of Indomitable Spirit and Vision, and a documentary that aired on PBS, VIETNAM 101, have profiled her harrowing journey as a child refugee who escaped war-torn Vietnam in search of the American Dream.
Speaking very little English when Nhi arrived in Kentucky, thanks to the support from her teacher (who became her adoptive mother), Nhi excelled in school and became valedictorian her senior year. She later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Centre College in Danville, and a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
As we deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness of life,
