Mussar and Kabbalah: What’s Love Got to Do with It?
Mussar [moo-sar] is a moral-spiritual discipline, a pragmatic system of character development, or soul-growth, that taps the well of Kabbalah and offers a framework for translating that ancient mystical wisdom into a personalized, ongoing discipline through the cultivation of midot, the noble attributes of divinity. This class will be an in-depth study (and practice) of LOVE, not as an emotion but as a sacred quality of character rather than an overused noun or verb.
Classes are offered in-person and virtually through Zoom
